This course will give you the grading/sorting skills you need to become a diamond sorter or buyer. In this course you will deal with diamond parcels. This very intensive practical training meets the needs of the market.

Requirements

Min. age: 18 years.

Diploma: HRD Antwerp Certified Diamond Grader (or equal).

Proven and sufficient professional experience can be accepted too. In this case, a brief test with a loupe 10x will apply at the beginning of the course, testing knowledge of the properties of a diamond and its 4C’s, manipulation technique of loupe and tweezers (correct use), colour determination in theory and practice and evaluation of clarity and cut.
